O Guitarrista John Sykes lançou este álbum, intitulado "Please Don't Leave Me" em 1982, mas foi relançado em 1992 com mais uma bônus faixa da época no Tygers Of Pan Tang. A primeira edição de "Please Don't Leave Me" em 1982 tinha 2 versões da faixa.
Este álbum teve a participação do mestre Phil Lynott e do ex-tecladista do Thin Lizzy, Darren Wharton (atual Dare).
