The Ladder é um projeto formado pelos britânicos Steve Overland (FM), Vinny Burns (Ten, Dare), Bob Skeat (Wildlife) e Pete Jupp (FM, Samson). Este álbum foi produzido por Steve Morris (Heartland).
Neste álbum conta com o guitarrista austríaco Gerhard Pichler (Melodica, Poley/Pichler), que entrou no lugar de Vinny Burns.
